“From a distance, all black people look the same,” said Zdzisław Beksiński then Krzysztof Krawiec worried that is compared to the great Master. Imbued with the fantasy world of Mr. Krzysztof is undoubtedly land located near the one of Zbigniew Beksiński, but it seems to us that the sun comes up here more often.

Born in 1973 in Mielec. He graduated from P. Michalowski PLSP in Rzeszow. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznanń. Graduated in 1998 from the Woodcut Workshop Studio of prof. Zbigniew Lutomski and Typography and Illustration Workshop Studio of prof. Grzegorz Marszałek. Working as a painter, in graphics, illustration and drawing. He boasts with many individual exhibitions e.g. in Mielec, Rzeszów, Sandomierz, Przemyśl, Kraków, Poznan and in the XVIII International Festival of Fantasy Castle in Nidzica. Author of dozens of covers and illustrations for books, periodicals, books of poetry and CDs, including illustrations for children’s books. In 1999-2002, he published his drawings in the monthly magazine “New Fantasy” (Nowa Fantastyka). Creates on the border between surrealism, magical realism and fantasy.
