Was born in Krakow in 1980. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Faculty of Graphic Arts. Diploma defended in 2005 animated film studio of Prof. Jerzy Kuci. Thesis was in a time-lapse filming technique and was completed utilizing oil painting. In 2004 there was a half-yearly scholarship at the Faculty of Fine Arts Politechnica Universidad de Valencia in Spain. She is a graduate of the School of Fine Arts in Kraków and Karłowicz Primary Music School in Kraków.
She paints, draws and takes photographs. In her work can be seen not only an immense erudition, but also the impact of her musical education. Irrespective whether she creates architectural mosaics, inspired by night cycles or metaphysical presentations of landscape, she is always looking for harmony. Repeated lines and dots compose her paintings like a perfect symphony chords. No wonder, because her life is on the border of the arts – from the age of 7 she played the cello, but over time she developed interest in the visual arts came.
Very interesting is also the series of drawings of outlined lines forming a structure close to tectonic landscapes. She calls them meditations, because they are very labor-intensive and are created in a long process.
“Creating gives the artist pleasure, even if he takes on a difficult and painful subject. Just knowing that the action is in the name of right idea can give us satisfaction. All you then need is imagination and a moment of free time. ”
“Painting is a form of dialogue with reality. Naturalism, impressionism, abstract are only conventions of this conversation, which, however, testify to the human tendency to search. Even seemingly trivial subject can hide a multitude of meanings and symbols – remaining not without beauty a carrier of universal values. ”
